Safety Jacket - Big Dreams
With both music videos for Safety Jacket and ELLiS·D I was involved in concept through to creation and finishing the final product. I relish a project where I can be part of every step from pre-production, filming, editing & colour.
Big Dreams was a one shot video so it needed concise planning and preparation before the shoot day. This involved an edit of the home videos in order for the projections to be live in the space as well as layered into the edit later on.
Whereas the limited time and resources for Shakedown meant we really had to trust the process (even when it felt stupid to be running with a 360° camera taped to my head). This one fully came together in the edit.
I have made other music videos for Safety Jacket and ELLiS·D. I have also shot and edited live videos for various bands and continue to work with musicians on a a variety of ongoing projects. Check out my Vimeo for more.

Random Acts - I am the Whale
I’ve had plenty of experience working on dance for film projects over the years. Though this one really stands out. Being able to collaborate with director & choreographer Isobel Ripley on dance projects since university is always a pleasure. Especially with the backing of Channel 4’s Random Acts.
I love the message,, beautiful soundtrack (which wasn’t there whilst we were editing, can you believe?!) and the all round ambition of this piece.
The Zac and Jay Show
I loved getting to use my storytelling skills when working for 2 years with Zac & Jay. Often I was delivered hours of footage and assisted Zac in creating the narrative, writing the script and edit bringing the best out in the edit.
Working with Zac & Jay (mostly remotely over lockdown) was some of the most fun I’ve had editing, Zac is a such a fantastic storyteller and I’m so grateful for the opportunity.
